Yes – the site is based on level surfaces throughout, with disabled toilet facilities available on site. Disabled parking facilities will be available for blue badge holders.
Please present your badge to a parking marshal who will be happy to direct you to the allocated spaces.
Cash points are located on site (charges may apply) Some traders may operate card machines. Please note that payment to enter the village (£1pp) will need to be paid in cash. Activities that have not been pre-booked can be paid by cash or card.
Tickets can be purchased in advance by visiting our booking page, or on the day (subject to availability).
Yes, there are cashpoints situated around the site that will be signposted.
Pre-booking for any activities you may wish to take part in is advised. Alternatively you may pay on the day subject to avalibility.
Due to the nature of the event we do not allow members of the general public to bring animals in to the event.
Guide dogs are permitted on site.
The majority of the village is based indoors, however there are a number of activities and stalls situated outside (you will be advised on booking activities if this is the case) It is therefore advisable to check the weather before attending and bring umbrellas where necessary. In the event of extreme weather the event organisers may take the decision to close the event and a notice will be placed on our website and social media.
Yes, included in the ticket price is their own toy to take away with them.
